Terms of sale

Product
Prepaid credits used to pay per use for OpenAlchemy API and Grid inference (chat, embeddings, rerank, image, video, speech synthesis and recognition, and more). Purchased on the web console (grid.openalchemy.io).
Price
As shown on the purchase screen and the pricing page (tax included).
Other charges
Internet connection fees are your own.
Payment methods
Credit card and other methods via Stripe
Payment timing
At purchase.
Delivery
Credits are added to your balance immediately after payment is completed.
Quantity limits
None.

Returns and cancellations

Returns
Because this is a digital service, purchases cannot be returned or exchanged.
Refunds
No refunds except where the law requires.
Credit expiry
Purchased credits do not expire.
Charbit
Credits earned on OpenAlchemy can be used to top up Charbit credits as provided separately; the exchange rate and other conditions are set separately and may change.

Linux worker (headless CLI)
Linux x86_64, NVIDIA GPU (driver supporting CUDA 12.8 or later), glibc 2.35 or later (Ubuntu 22.04 or later).
Note
OpenAlchemy Engine and the Linux worker are free software and are not sold.

Payouts to GPU providers

Grid earnings
Earnings paid to providers who contribute GPUs to the Grid are not a sale of goods by us to you and are outside the scope of this notice.
